Pricing Transparency

3 Notaries LLC is dedicated to pricing transparency.

Pricing includes the following selection of or all of the following components:

  • Notarization fee ($2.00 for each notarized signature, mandated by New York State).

  • Mobile fee (travel to the selected location in Suffolk or Nassau).

  • Records Retention Fee (New York State mandates that notarization journal records are maintained for ten (10) years).

  • Applicable Sales Tax.

  • Additional Services.

Single Notarization (in Brookhaven Township except for national seashore).

Notarization of one ( 1 ) signature (Acknowledgment or Jurat) on a document of up to five pages.
